Really easy base for one night. It was within a walking distance of world museum.
Cannot find any fault.

Friendliness & helpfulness of staff at check in and at breakfast. Proximity to city centre and tourist sights.
-
Friendly & helpful staff. Good central location.
Had a room at the back of the hotel which is troubled by noisy seagulls roosting in a derelict bridewell.
-
Too much noise silly people running up and down corridors till 4 oclock in morn not impressed, wont be staying here again, the staff were very lovely and polite.

It was the first hotel we'd stayed in with my daughter three years ago when she was looking at schools. Now,three years later, upon finishing,I came back to help pack up her stuff and decided to stay in the same place where we started.Full circle! And in the future, we'll now consider Liverpool a second "home" and will come back knowing there's a little part of us there.

This is were I stay every time I come to Liverpool. Its like going from home to home. I feel relaxed, comfortable and well catered for every time I come. No complaints in over 9 years of staying here.

Quiet location up a side street, yet 100 yards from the main shopping streets. On main express bus route to airport (Dale Street) Friendly staff. Room was spotless and had everything we needed. Food very reasonably priced and tasty. Would highly recommend
I couldnt turn the heat down at night. It was 19 degrees in the room. I would have liked to be able to put the aircon on for a while to chill the room down.Probably I just couldnt figure it out but thought it was too late to bother the hotel staff. They had given me a number to ring for reception but I couldnt remember it. I could have opened the window but unfortunately the council were digging up the main roads all night.

What I liked about my stay was the friendliness of the staff. They were all exceptionally well trained in Customer Service and I get they positive feedback on this, as I am a trainer myself I noticed this! I also liked the restaurant /café as it was suitable to eat on your own and was too pretentious. I would go back there again because of these factors.
There wasn’t find much to dislike about the hotel, it was a little further away from my destination than I would have liked but becase of the positive aspects I would go back.

Me and my boyfriend have just came back from a 3 night stay in this hotel we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Hotel staff are so friendly always making sure your ok they really couldnt do more for you. The food in the restaurant was absolutely gorgeous and great value for money. Our room was very clean & tidy & cleaners came in everyday with fresh towels & made our bed & cleaned around the room. This hotel is very central and is so close to Queens Square for the buses and the metro is just around the corner & its just a quick 5min walk into the main city centre. We would definitely stay at this hotel again everything about our stay was perfect. Also the rate was very reasonable. Thank you.
There was nothing that I honestly didnt like about the hotel the only thing was on our second morning we lay on for a while & the cleaners had gone but I rang down to reception when we got back in that evening & got fresh towels which were sent to our room straight away it was our own fault.
